Haojia Regional Center, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, is applying to become a USCIS approved Regional Center, with the right to promote economic activity in Nevada, California and Arizona. We anticipate that by Fall/Winter of 2015 Hoajia Regional Center or its affiliates will be authorized to sponsor various EB-5 investment projects.
Haojia Regional Center intends to offer personalized “white glove” services to all of its clients through a private website portal and through direct communication with its associates at all times. Haojia Regional Center looks forward to promoting projects that qualify under the provisions of the EB-5 Program and that will allow you to Invest in Your Family’s Future!

NAOMI DICUS

Naomi Dicus received her Business Degree in Economics from the W.P. Carey Business School at Arizona State University, Her final semester she studied abroad in Italy, and received a certificate of International Business focusing on the Economics of the European Union. Naomi has 10 years of Executive level Accounting and Financial Management experience, Including working for an International Life Sciences company in San Francisco, CA, She financially managed 5 subsidiaries; Including the parent company in Singapore, Australia, Canada, and 2 subsidiaries in the United States. In addition to a strong financial background, Naomi worked in the high-end luxury vacation rental industry. Working exclusively with VIP clientele, Including celebrities, professional athletes, and VP level Executives, and their families; creating 5-star Hawaiian vacation packages from $50,000-5150,000, She led the Guest Services department of Fabulous Homes (later acquired by Luxury Retreats), and then went on to start her own private concierge company. Naomi has always been interested in different cultures, and speaks fluent Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and is currently taking classes in Mandarin. Naomi is our Chief Executive Officer for Haojia and currently resides in San Francisco, California.

ANDY DOLAN

Andy Dolan has deep roots in the Midwest region of the United States. After studying Computer Science and Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Andy built a broad range of professional experience. His diverse professional background includes leadership in areas encompassing technology, accounting, internet marketing, agile project management, operational management, business process improvement, and general business management. A creative thinker and problem solver above all else, Andy has taken businesses from early startup to acquisition, driven organizational transformation, and led efforts for operational and technical integration of new acquisitions throughout his career. Andy works out of our Las Vegas office.

KARLA VAZQUEZ

Karla has an extensive background in business and business compliance. Karla has developed and maintained relationships with other associations, industry, and government officials that are in the best interest of the company. Through her years of experience as a director for other companies, Karla has been able to implement strategic plans in able to promote economic development in the industry. Karla has experience in organizational structure, professional development, motivation, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation, personnel policies, and procedures. Karla works out of our Las Vegas office.

ALICE PITT

PROJECT MANAGER

Alice Pitt was born in San Francisco, CA to her Chinese mother and American father who is fluent in Mandarin. Alice was raised with Chinese influence in her daily life in the Chinese-American populated districts of San Francisco.
Alice developed a passion for music, dance, classical voice production, and the arts at the College of Marin. She then went on to explore her love of world cultures and movement through the dance program at Santa Monica College.
Alice’s diverse professional experiences span a broad range of her creative interests. She has worked in jewelry design and production in California, taught vegan cooking, and instructed early-childhood music classes in Southern California. After moving to Hawaii, Alice assisted in co-operating her family’s restaurant in Maui.
Alice enjoys connecting her love of architecture and design with writing for Haojia as Project Manager and Copy Editor. As a mother of three girls and a part of the Bay Area Haojia Family, Alice knows that flexibility, determination and a happy spirit are what make for a balanced life at home and at work.
